Honestly, no — and it is worth knowing before you pay for a clean. A shiny, flattened arm is abraded fibre: the surface has been worn smooth by repeated contact and by grit working into the weave. Cleaning removes the soil that makes it look grey, so it will look better, but the flattening itself is permanent. We will point this out at the walk-through rather than let you discover it afterwards.
Can you do carpets at the same visit?
